প্রতিটি ছবি যেন প্রশ্ন ছুঁড়ে দেয় —
এই দ্বন্দ্বটা কিসের? পরিস্থিতির সঙ্গে? না নিজের সঙ্গে?
দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি বদলে গেলে ছবির ভাষাও কি বদলে যায়?
একই দৃশ্য কি তখন নতুন মানে পেতে পারে?
আমরা আরাম খুঁজছিলাম না, খুঁজছিলাম গল্প।
কিন্তু এই ট্রামের সঙ্গে আমাদের সেই গল্পের কোনও মিল নেই।
অগত্যা, সেই প্রথম পাত্র-পাত্রীর মত আমি আর ট্রাম — দুজনেই গুটিয়ে রইলাম।
Evening Sky Every now and then, in pursuit of poetry of the sky in the evening. As the day phases into night, I try to capture more than just light: the slow drift of clouds, the sun’s quiet farewell, the rhythm of change. Kolkata Maidan Kolkata Maidan is a vast open area. It is also referred to as Brigade Parade Ground. At any given time of the day, you can find, a cacophony is going around. ফুচকা, এই শব্দ শুনলেই যেন পঞ্চ ইন্দ্রিয় জেগে ওঠে। এখন ভেবেই পাইনা যে, একটা সময় ছিল যখন ফুচকা একদম পছন্দই করতাম না। সময় বদলেছে, ফুচকা এখন আনন্দ। তা দু-তিন দিন ধরেই ভাবা হচ্ছে সন্ধ্যাবেলা ফুচকা খাবার কথা। কিন্তু হচ্ছে না! গতকাল কলম কিনতে গিয়ে দেখলাম রমরমিয়ে ফুচকা বিক্রি চলছে। তখনই ভেবেনিলাম, নাহ্ আর অপেক্ষা নয়, কাল হবেই। যথা ভাবনা তথা পদক্ষ্যেপ! ব্যাগ ও ঠান্ডা পানিয়ের খালি বোতল নিয়ে বেরিয়ে পড়লাম। বেরানোর সময় মেয়ের সেই আনন্দঘন মুখটা! ওর কথা ভাবতে ভাবতেই হাঁটছিলাম। বড় রাস্তায় উঠতেই দেখি আসবাবপত্রের দোকানটা খুলেছে। গত কদিন আগের দূর্ঘটনা হয়তো কাটিয়ে উঠছে তাঁরা! হুস্ করে একটা অটো পাশ…
একটা ভীষণ প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ ঘটে গেল,
সবীনা আর নীলের প্রেমটা ভেঙ্গে গেল।
পরিযাই পাখি যেমন শীতের শেষে বাংলা ছেড়ে পাড়ি দেয় উত্তরে,
আবার ফিরবে বলে যাত্রা করে, কিন্তু কজন আর ফিরতে পারে!
ছবি তোলার ক্ষেত্রে রঙ একটা বিশেষ ভূমিকা পালন করে। ছবির ভাষাকে মাত্রা দেয় রঙ। সামগ্রিকভাবে ছবি তোলার মূল ভাবনাকেও দিশা দেখানোর কাজ করে।এই বিষয় নিয়ে বিস্তারিত চর্চা করতে শুরু হলো ঋষি অন রাইডের রঙের চরিত্র নিয়ে সেশন (ভিসুয়াল ক্যারেক্টার – রং )। চর্চা হল রঙের ব্যবহার, জনমানসে রঙের পরিচয় নিয়ে। প্রধানত ক্যামেরা বস্তুটি যেহেতু পশ্চিমের আবিষ্কার। পশ্চিমের দেশগুলির প্রভাব তাই অনেক বেশি ফটোগ্রাফিতে, বাংলায় বলা ভালো ছবি শিল্পে বা স্থির চিত্রে। পূর্বে নব রস হল ভারতীয় নাট্যশাস্ত্রের অন্যতম মূল কথা। ছবির ক্ষেত্রে ভারতীয় ভাবধারা নিয়ে যে একেবারে কাজ হয়নি তা নয়, অনেকেই কাজ করেছেন বা করে যাচ্ছেন। ঋষি অন রাইডের আমরা…
